This project included the demolition of the demising walls in D203, D205, and D207, creating a large office area complete with new flooring, kitchenette, and lockers. This project also included an electrical and lighting upgrade, along with asbestos abatement.  Due to supply chain issues within the industry, we like most projects during Covid were faced with longer than expected lead times. We were able to manage these lead times and additional scope added to our contract and reach substantial completion in a timely manner.
