Project Coordinator
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator keeps project information, documentation and communication moving so the team can focus on delivering for the Owner. It's a strong role for someone early in their construction career who wants to grow into project management.
Responsibilities
• Track and manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs and change orders
• Maintain project documentation and records in Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Assist with subcontracts, purchase orders and trade partner coordination
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting and progress billing
• Help maintain the schedule and keep the Owner, consultants and site team informed
• Assemble closeout documentation, including deficiency lists, warranties and O&M manuals
• Support the site safety program and COR documentation

Education, Experience & Skills:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in construction management, engineering technology, architecture, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience with a general contractor is an asset; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or MS Project is an asset
• Valid driver's license
