This project was a thorough exterior overhaul of a three-story seniors residence with forty-five (45) units to ensure the building's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. The scope of work included remediation of exterior walls involving window and door replacement, EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), fascia, soffit, and eavestrough replacement.
