Cityplace Corridor and Stairwell Renovation

Marrbeck Construction worked with MPI and Triovest Realty to complete the conversion of an existing corridor and storage area to a new interior skywalk connecting Cityplace Mall to the new True North Skybridge. This project had to be completed on a very tight deadline and the work was completed on time for the Grand Opening of True North Square.

This project involved the renovation of a 2,200 square foot corridor connection True North Square to Cityplace Mall. Work included high end architectural finishes, electrical, mechanical as well as sprinkler scopes of work.
