Crescent Drive Park Pavilion

781 Crescent Drive
Winnipeg, Manitoba

This project included the demolition of an existing structure and existing concrete slabs in order to prepare for the new 2,000 square foot pavilion. The construction of the new pavilion consisted of a concrete foundation, wood framing, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, and electrical.

Designed for the public to gather and embrace, this project had exterior finishes which include wood siding, detailed landscaping, a fireplace plaza for gathering with its own unique design and accessible restrooms for the general public.

Covid-19 restriction and impacts on deliverables made it difficult to maintain the project schedule. Regardless of these unprecedented times, we were able to coordinate with all members of the project team in order to deliver a successful project in a timely manner. This project was also awarded Canada's Governor General award for Architecture, and Marrbeck is proud to have contributed to such a success.
