The Gimli Seniors Housing project is a new forty (40) unit, wood frame, four storey seniors residence. The second level includes an impressive lounge area with a roof top patio deck. The residential units consist of one and two bedroom suites. There are four fully barrier free suites and a bariatric bathing room equipped with an overhead lift. Exterior finishes are a combination of fibre cement lap and panel siding. The truss roof system is clad with standing seam metal roof panels for extended longevity.
