The Cinnia Dental Clinic project involved the interior fit-up of a 2,527 square foot unit within one of the newly constructed commercial mixed-use base buildings in the Pembina Crossing Retail Centre. This unit, one of four was transformed into a state-of-the-art dental clinic designed to offer a modern, comfortable, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.

The primary goal of this project was to create a functional yet inviting space for Cinnia Dental Clinic that adhered to the client’s specified budget. The project team was committed to value engineering, ensuring that the scope of work aligned with budget constraints without compromising on quality, compliance with building codes, and accessibility standards.

Through meticulous planning and design, the project team successfully balanced cost-efficiency with high-quality outcomes. Adjustments in material selections and interior layout allowed for financial savings while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere essential for patient satisfaction.

The clinic includes multiple specialized areas:
•Reception and Waiting Area: Featuring built-in millwork benches, creating a stylish yet comfortable waiting environment.
•Operatory and Hygiene Rooms: Four operatory rooms and two hygiene rooms, all equipped with the latest dental technology.
•Additional Rooms: A consult room, X-ray room, sterilization room, and a fully equipped dental lab.
•Staff and Office Spaces: A private doctor’s office with an en-suite washroom, a staff room with a kitchenette, and patient and staff washrooms including an accessible universal toilet room (UTR).

The project involved intricate coordination and installation of advanced dentistry equipment such as:
•X-ray systems
•Dental chairs
•Sterilization equipment
•Integrated dental air and vacuum systems.

All aspects of the clinic were designed to meet current building codes and accessibility standards, ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all patients and staff.
