Scotia Bank Renovation
337 Main Street
Selkirk, Manitoba
Marrbeck Construction worked with the Scotia Bank and Nejmark Architects to renovate an existing banking facility.
The project involved renovating 4,500 square feet of existing bank space in order to re-fresh the space. The work included for mechanical and electrical upgrades as well as the complete removal and replacement of all architectural finishes including teller stations, office partitions and all flooring. The work was completed at night so the bank could remain fully operational during the day; hoardings and daily cleanup of the work area was required so we would not interfere with day to day operations of the bank.
