This project included the renovation of interior office space within a designated Heritage Building located at 254 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Work included selective interior demolition and deconstruction/cataloging of heritage elements, patching and repair/paint of interior plaster finishes, restoration of existing marble tile floors, coordination of demountable office partition installations, acoustic and security upgrades of the open office areas, new LVT and carpet tile flooring, new wood doors and acoustic features that mimic the heritage features of the building, LED lightings, card access security and limited mechanical cooling upgrades.
