Seven Oaks Pool Renovation & Addition

A new building addition for an indoor splash pad area, renovation and upgrades to the Seven Oaks Pool. The work included selective demolition, asbestos abatement, architectural finishes, splash pad equipment and toys, along with major plumbing, HVAC and electrical upgrades.

Due to the aging condition of the building, structural building envelope and mechanical required $2.7M of extra work. We worked with the City of Winnipeg and the Consultant team through numerous challenges and tight schedules. Work started on many of the changes prior to final sign off from the City, as their procedures were changing and they were not able to sign Change Orders in a timely fashion.
