The Shell Retail Gas Station, Convenience Store & Car Wash project scope of work includes petroleum dispensers with underground storage tanks (UST), steel structure canopy over dispensers, installation of owner's equipment and site development. This project is located in the RM of Rosser which required the LDS and wastewater services to be managed on site. Septic tank with low pressure discharge to the municipal system was installed. Land drainage and carwash sediment were managed with Stormceptor and Preceptor multi-compartment pits tied to the drainage systems.
The project was started and completed on time and on budget during the COVID global health emergency.
