St. Boniface Courts Relocation

This project was an interior demolition and renovation of a 1,496 square foot court room. The project involved subdividing an existing space for two separate levels of government tenants. The work included providing and extending electrical, mechanical and sprinkler services to both tenants. The architectural work included construction of a security mesh partition, demolition, furniture partition walls, painting, ceiling tile and flooring. Special security infrastructure for both governmental tenants were accommodated.

The areas of work were adjacent to areas that had to remain occupied and operation throughout the project duration. Marrbeck completed the work without disruption. High level security clearances were required by the Province for this project. Marrbeck was able to provide these clearances in a timely manner to provide adequate manpower to complete the work on time.
