Victory Building Secure Client Fit-up

This project was an extensive renovations on floors one, two and three of the existing heritage federal office building. The exterior work included a secure compound with high speed electronic security gates and a tensioned fabric canopy structure.

Project phasing was essential to the success of this project. Through organized planning sessions with the client and consultants, the work was sequenced to allow for larger areas to be renovated at the same time while not breaching security. This allowed Marrbeck to expedite the work while minimizing the number of times the client needed to relocate personnel.
