This project involved the construction of a 12,700 square foot office space and call centre. Work included for interior finishes including vinyl flooring, carpet, cabinets and countertops as well as all other architectural, electrical and mechanical items.

Marrbeck was involved in the tendering phase and worked with the owner group and the consultant group to reduce construction costs while still ensuring quality was maintained.
